DESKTOP NETWORK INTERFACE (DNI) PROBLEMS
This chapter provides a troubleshooting guide that identifies some of the more common problems related to
DNI cards in a PC or workstation. Refer to the following list and proceed to the appropriate section shown in
parentheses for the possible causes and remedy.
NOTE: DNI cards are also known as Network Interface Cards (NICs).
1. After Installing an E22xx Ethernet Card in a Novell Server, Users Cannot Connect — (Section 4.1)
