1 Functionality was added to set passwords and define user roles for SPECTRUM Web

Operator; however, this functionality is reserved for a future release and is not

required for Web Operator 6.5.1.

To add users to SPECTRUM Web Operator, refer to the SPECTRUM Web Operator

User Guide (5078), rather than the Security and User Maintenance (2602) guide.
